This is one of the most adorable concepts. Miló is a Brooklyn-based brand created by Mireia López, that began with a collection of modern sweaters for girls, and soon after introduced the same effortless styles for the grown up kind. Fall/Winter 2010-11 will be her first season for all ages, and includes a variety of masterful basics, with unexpected cuts and incredible detail. Each item is truly ageless, and if I had a little one I’d love to play dress up together w/ these pieces.

Google Tina Frey and you’ll be asked if you meant “Tina Fey”. But if you keep searching you’ll find designer Tina Frey’s gorgeous hand-sculpted resin jewelry, vases, and other great pieces, not the 30 Rock star. I quickly fell in love with one of her Macy bubble necklaces but was just as impressed with her white flower necklace, and while it’s not her characteristic translucent resin…her new leather handbag collection, made to order.

We don’t know too much about designer Laurel Hill, other than we really want to own a piece of her handmade jewelry, especially one of her gold nugget inspired rings. Una in Portland sells a good amount of Hill’s pieces and tells us the collection is made locally out of 18k, silver and bronze. The necklaces are reminiscent of Aesa, and a couple Samma charms this season — all a very good thing! Visit Una online to shop the collection.
Magna Berliner is an accomplished Los Angeles based wardrobe stylist and fashion designer, with an impressive resume that includes varying projects like major editorial print campaigns, commercials and independent films. Her skills as a stylist and costume designer make their way into her own designs, where each piece reeks of proper construction and artisan flair.
