Please file this under: how in the heck did I not post about this sooner?! I did a little mailbox cleaning today and found an email from the lovely Hanna Sandin of SAMMA. She attached her spring ’10 lookbook and a cute video short produced by her friend John Sebastian Vitale.

I’m a little speechless when it comes to the entire collection: all I can come up with is love, love and love! That aforementioned email also had some info on an upcoming interview I’m doing with the designer so if this collection isn’t enough to satisfy your appetite…stay tuned!

SAMMA Spring ’10 is available at Maryam Nassir Zadeh

We don’t know too much about designer Laurel Hill, other than we really want to own a piece of her handmade jewelry, especially one of her gold nugget inspired rings. Una in Portland sells a good amount of Hill’s pieces and tells us the collection is made locally out of 18k, silver and bronze. The necklaces are reminiscent of Aesa, and a couple Samma charms this season — all a very good thing! Visit Una online to shop the collection.

These bold, eclectic shapes are created by designer and fine artist Hanna Sandin. Her label SAMMA is composed of an assortment of unique, hand-made necklaces, each with an unusual selling point. For example, her bold Big, Bold and Beautiful Loop Brass necklace (which we’ve been obsessing over for awhile now) can be worn tied up in a ball, or flattened out. Stand up Comedy stocks the line, and now so does Gargyle. They just received their first shipment and their selection is great!
