Missing this multi-designer holiday sale is going to be torture. Yet another drawback of not living in New York…

I’m drowning in amazing deals. It’s a shame because I blew my fashion allowance two months ago, and have to sit back and enjoy these deals vicariously through you. Here are some highlights from Sale Bite:

Designer Caitlin Mociun will stream a live video cast at noon EDT tomorrow (6/10) on Closetista. Caitlin will feature nine of her products at a 30% discount, and viewers can simultaneously watch and ask her questions via twitter. I’ll be tuning in. Not sure if I’ll be tweeting any questions…but I can’t wait to see which nine items she’ll be featuring.

New Yorkers are you ready? This is a good one. Shabd, Lena Corwin, Mociun, Manu, Aesa and many other indie designers are coming together again for a multi-designer sale this Saturday June 9 in Brooklyn. The sale will take place from 12 – 5 pm at Lena Corwin’s studio located at 218 Adelphi Street, Fort Greene Brooklyn.

I recently got a sneak peek of Mociun’s Fall 2010 collection ‘The Space in Between:A Topographers Journey ‘. It’s full of Caitlin Mociun’s signature prints, but missing a couple of her best sellers like the tie front dress, which is a good thing. While it’s a great style and I own one, it’s nice to see the addition of a few new cuts.

The collection is refreshing with a handful of multidimensional dresses and beautifully lined jackets, but most notably the two toned footless tights featured in every look. They’ve made it to the top of my Fall ’10 wish list, which needs a little taming! But they retail +/- $99 which isn’t too bad for a pair of tights you’ll wear all the time.

Mociun’s Fall 2010 collection will be available for purchase online at Mociun.com.
Standard Deviation, a great online only boutique out of New York has extended their 25% off sale that recently ended, and they just announced a spring Mociun shipment. If you remember my post from last week you may recall those amazing prints…well they’re new and on sale! To receive the site wide discount just enter code ‘SPRING25′ at checkout through 3/21/10. As if you needed an added bonus to check out the shop — new arrivals from LD Tuttle and Vena Cava are on sale too.

Mociun’s spring 2010 lookbook photographed by Angela Hodgkinson is making me want to:

1. wear socks + shoes with my bikini

2. eat a raw onion + 3. get married again so I can pose with my bouquet
4. ditch all my black clothes for a closet full of print
5. own a pair of orange leggings
Spring 2010 is currently available for purchase online at Beklina…and they have the leggings!
I nearly shouted at my computer screen when I saw this sale listing today. Some of the most cherished indie designers are coming together for a one day only sale in New York’s Chinatown this Sunday March 14. Shop new spring collections, as well as heavily discounted good from previous seasons:
