Pour Porter is quickly becoming one of my favorite online-only boutiques, especially after these new arrivals from Laura Manoogian. And the prices are good. $96 for the hand-made necklace on the left + $116 for the beauty on the right.

Also just in, jewelry by Erin Considine + Nora MacLeod.

Shotwell has been open in San Francisco for a while, but their Webshop is very new and in ‘soft launch’ mode. I stumbled upon this news because they’re having a Bing Bing trunk show tonight–designer Anna Sheffield will the there–and I clicked over for the details and there it was! A new Webshop full of clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women. Tons of PLAY by Comme des Garcones, Toms Shoes, Jeffrey Campbell, Opening Ceremony and more.

Hunting and Collecting Opens Online

by Tina on June 3, 2010

On Tuesday I posted about online indie boutique Pour Porter, and now I’ve crossed paths with yet another great online boutique. Hunting and Collecting is based out of Belgium (but they ship everywhere — I asked) and feature an amazing selection of clothing, accessories and even print and objects, from many designers that aren’t frequently available in the US.

They carry Carin Wester, Stine Goya, Von Sono, Cosmic Wonder, Bess, Sabrina Dehoff and the even stock that amazing papier bag we featured a while back from Saskia Diez. It’s like a Style Bite reunion. The site is clean and modern (which I’m sure mimics their brick and morter in Belgium), with straighforward navigation. Visit Hunting and Collecting online…

Inven.tory Launches Website!

by Tina on March 16, 2010

inventoryhomepageSo many amazing east coast boutiques are launching e-commerce I’m going to end up broke! Did Christmas come early? First Project No.8, then Maryam Nassir Zadeh…and now Inven.tory. Inven.tory is a New York based outlet boutique featuring a revolving door of more than 40 curated labels, with a focus on smaller, emerging brands. Some of their merchandise is overstock marked at wholesale prices, some is affordable full-priced merch, and some is vintage.

Here’s the news: They launched a Website, complete with online shopping! First up for sale are BB Dakota, Smooth Co, 5 Preview and shoes by 3:33.

Online Shopping at Maryam Nassir Zadeh

by Tina on March 15, 2010

braceletNew York based boutique Maryam Nassir Zadeh is one of my daily visits online, but until now the only way to browse was by designer which was a challenge, and they didn’t have a shopping cart. Just like Project No.8, they’ve stepped it up and made the site much more online shopping friendly. Just what you need right?! Now you can shop by category (like new arrivals and sale), designer, or you can search for something specific and have it shipped directly to you. After you pay of course.

Pros: The images are huge. This can be considered a con because they’re almost too inviting. The categories are great and I love the search function.

Cons: There seems to be less available online now.

And for all you fashion buyers out there, they have a ‘showroom’ section where you can browse all the designers they represent.
